A: Connection fee is an additional fee charged by telephone company for each time when you place a call. Different Company charges different connection fee. Some Pin Code/Phone Card design to charge connection fee up front on every call you make and some design the charge distributed onto the minute rate.
It depends the way how you are going to use Instant Pin Code/Phone Card. If you plan to use once or twice and used up your value of the Pin Code/Phone Card, you may want to go with connection fee, it will will be much more cost effective for you. But if you plan to use up the value of the Pin Code/Phone Card more than three or four calls, you may want to go for without connection fee. The rule of thumb is you should go with the one save your money
